Goin' to the Chapel

So there's this beautiful sparkly thing on my finger... and I haven't stopped grinning since Friday. Kevin asked me to marry him.

Well, duh, of course I said yes!

We haven't made too many plans yet, we're still just mostly being cute. But we're thinking sometime next May. More details to follow, naturally.

We had dinner with his folks Friday night and then went down to visit my parents on Saturday (which we'd already been planning to do anyway). The timing was good because my cousin and her family were in town and we got to visit with them, my aunt and uncle and my grandmother. We had a nice little celebration.

That's the news - we're engaged, hooray!
